    Weird glitches

    This computer had massive glitches. When it died, it would make you put in a 25 digit Microsoft key to turn it back on. It had glitches like the mouse being about 1.5 inches diagonally from what it actually clicked on. I returned this right away!

    Had Issue

    Had a glitch and wouldn't turn off. it was not shutting off and it would need the Bitlocker Microsoft code to turn off if I hard closed the program. We had to strip it down and reinstall the whole system. Thank goodness my Brother is a tech.

    Flakey input hardware.

    Nice laptop / tablet, but the mouse pad does not function consistently. Also, it goes into sleep mode quite often when used as a tablet. I wouldn't recommend this model if they all respond like this one does.

    Breaking after less than a month

    I’ve had the laptop less than a month and I noticed one of the hinges is cracking. Best Buy won’t return or replace since it’s 2 weeks outside of return window. Told me to call Lenovo for warranty claim. Lenovo will only repair it but then would be without a laptop for almost 2 weeks minimum. Horrible customer service to have a laptop less than 30 days old breaking and not be offered a replacement. I had liked the laptop a lot before noticing the hinge was cracking. Should have ordered through Amazon or another company that would replace in a reasonable period like a month.

    Kinda sucked. Input was slow and the mouse would go missing at times on screen. Used up almost all 8gb of ram when using. Just terrible. I dont like it. Cant even upgrade parts because everything is soldered in

    I bought this computer for my son on July 7. A week later the screen and keyboard went black. He brought it into the rearest Best Buy location and was told they had to send it in for repair. No refund or exchange was available since it was past the 2WEEK, YES, 2WEEK deadline to return or exchange it! ALMOST $1000 FOR THIS COMPUTER AND THEY WON'T BACK IT UP! SHAME ON YOU BEST BUY!!!

    It is a pile of junk have had it 45 days and the sound has quit took it to Best Buy in Billings MT they supposed have fixed it got home still not fixed. Now I have to go back it is a 250 mile round trip wish I would bought this pile of JUNK!!!! They want you to buy a tech and service program so Best Buy must sell nothing but Junk!!!!

    Laptop won't even start up and they won't swap

    If I could give it zero stars, I would. I purchased this laptop to replace my failing work one. I didn't get to use it until 14 days in because I hadn't had time to transfer all necessary files by then. Day 1, I coulmtget the computer to function at all. I finally took it to Best Buy and they told me afyer the first 15 days, I have to go through the manufacturer. It has been an absolute nightmare ever since, and so far, I am left with a laptop that won't even turn on :(

    I bought this laptop/tablet because I had a smaller one before. I was mostly using my old one and used this one a handful of ties and now it won't reset, won't turn on. It's super disappointing. My advice use it right away and beware. I won't buy a Lenovo again.

    Will not ever buy again

    It told me to update, and then it showed me the bit locker, recover screen. Every time I would restart it. And then, after about the 6th use, the screen went black, so I had to return. Battery life was not good.

    I am not happy with this purchase. The computer does not work properly and gives me a lot of error messages. I brought it back to Best Buy not long after my purchase and they wanted to charge me to look at the computer even though it wasn't 2 weeks after my purchase date.

      To start:
      1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.).
      2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual.

      Next, try to update the system. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so:
      1. Open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button.
      2. Open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and apply all available updates, following on screen instructions to help ensure the updates are applied.

    The computer has been giving an error saying it cannot load the 32bit. And now only gives blue screen of death with no way around it... never have I had a computer act like this...

    Actually bought two of these laptops because we'd had good experience with Lenovo Yoga before. Touch screen only works some of the time. The windows bounce open and close when typing or scrolling. Mouse cursor disappears constantly. The only way to bring it back is to use control-alt-delete. Have searched for answers as to why this happens, to know avail. Very frustrated.

    Password Reset

    Laptop lost password and could not retrieve it in first week. No way to reset or change password. Geek squad said it would need to be wiped clean and start all over. Sent it back after already paying for Mcafee antivirus.

    we had to return this model twice because it was having issues with windows being corrupt, had both of them less than a week or two and could not reset had some sort of glitch.

    Geek squad is a waste

    The laptop is okay. The money we spent on the geek squad was totally a waste. Because they would not tell us what to buy in order to do what we wanted, they lost a sale. We found a computer business that showed us what to buy and installed it for us. Now we have a new place to take our computer business
