    Overall, I cannot give an accurate review since I haven't owned this laptop long enough. However, I bought this laptop on the advice of a BestBuy tech, and against my better judgement, after my previous Lenovo crashed after 2 1/2 years with a possible memory card failure. Waiting for diagnostics after paying $119 to have laptop diagnosed to try and retrieve pictures that were deleted by a BestBuy tech. Checking on "Black Friday" price after buying laptop immediately b4 because I needed a laptop immediately

    I love it. I have been looking at the Lenovo Yoga 7 2-n-1 16'" Touchscreen Laptop, and I got a marketing ad with them on sale. I saved 400. I got Nortons with the computer as well. I am so pleased. I love it. I bought a wireless monitor from Lenovo for work.

    The laptop was fine, you cant upgrade ram on it so your stuck with what you bought, as well i was having wifi issues, everytime i would leave the living room where the gateway was, i would loose connection. I would not recommend buying this laptop

      First, please verify that your home Wi-Fi network is strong enough to provide total wireless coverage for your home. On the software side with your laptop, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and ensure all updates are installed completely.

      Please update us when you can regarding this and reach out with any questions that you may have.

    I absolutely love this computer. It has a 10-key number pad, touch screen, and it works really nice. I'm a teacher and I often open up a billion tabs, and it the computer speed works fast!

    Asked to see the laptop , worker looked for 5 mins told me he couldnt find it an that was it. I ordered it on the app it was ready in 10 mins. Laptop is great havnt had 1 issue
