Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will never buy another product from your company you should be ashamed of your practices you sell items with a warranty of 1 year to later find out that its 14 days. However you had to be asked when a product has an issue that is not operator error but a product issue you close your eyes to it and feel no need to help you customer at all. You treat your customer in person on more than 1 occasion like you don't care. This is not proper business practices and is unacceptable. However you company does not care. I get better service from AMAZON my hope is they run you out of business. I will constantly put your company down and have lost all respect for your company as well as the employees that have no service skills I was treated poorly and spoken down to and rudely. I am far from a stupid person however this is how your employees treat people. BAD LOOK-BAD BUSINESS. Best Buy Support DOES NOT SUPPORT products they sell. Buyer beware. I wil put this on all your platforms.

Lenovo Yoga touchscreen Laptop
