    I genuinely like this laptop, I would add when using the touchscreen the keyboard stays on unless fully flipped.

    Love the laptop. It's just too big for my liking. I'd like it smaller just so I can carry it. So if it didn't have the number keys on the side it'd be perfect.

    Hi, laptop condition is good as well as I got complete trade in value as mentioned. only one part missing is power adapter. When I picked up the laptop delivery person said power adapter is in the box but it was missing when open the box.

    Within 4 months hard drive crashed Best Buy would not replace or fix. Only thing they will do is send off to manufacturer and stating they should fix it but not time frame. Definitely do not rely on this if your computer is important for work.
