Very fast and durable laptop. This will last me another 10 year! Battery last longer of display brightness is lowered.

I do not run simulations or play computer games, but this computer is fast and stays cool on my lap with very quiet cooling fans. Shipping was fast, packing was good, and the price was right.

I have a 2020 Lenovo Yoga laptop just like this one and love it. Starting a new business and wanted a separate laptop for my business and impressed with the newer version. My old one still works great, but for personal use. I highly recommend Lenovo!

Works as should. We love the item and signed into it and everything seems to work flawlessly as it should. Great buy!!

Loved but there an issue with the mousepad! When using the mousepad or with a mouse plugged in, the cursor would reset up to the top right corner "X" when I was working. Leading to many accidentally closed/minimized screens. You don't really think about how many times you click around until your exiting your pages accidentally. The issue started pretty early (before I connected a mouse) so I thought I was potentially hitting the pad with the thumb side of my hand and creating some kind of issue with a fancy short cut I didn't know about. The issue continued with a mouse plugged in. Seems to get worse as the computer warms up. I did some research to see what some fixes on my side could be (update mouse driver, turn off sticky keys, etc.) but nothing has helped. This is my second Lenovo laptop. The first one fried after 3 years and this one glitched after 2-ish weeks. My Lenovo desktop is 10/10, but I have learned my lesson on their laptops, sadly. I want to love them, but I'll be returning this one. :( So many features on this laptop rock. I just don't have the expendable time, energy or cash to be spending on figuring out an issue like this. I need the equipment to work right out of the box. (Reasonable, right?)

This laptop was one of the best laptops I had. Even though I returned it and then bought a Lenovo Thinkpad it doesn’t matter the sleek design on this laptop feels like a MacBook which is amazing! I didn’t have any issues with it when I had it!

Great laptop, feels like solid construction. I really like the keyboard but that's a bit personal. The track pad click is a little loud and it's generally kinda big, but it's small potatoes in the grand scheme. I'm a fan.

I love this computer. Great for my schooling. The battery box gets extremely hot though so I dont keep it plugged in while using it.

I liked the laptop itself, petty snappy, but I bought it used and it came dinged with a battery life that seemed less than advertised. I am returning it, but I think it would have been a nice laptop to keep...

I am a fan of Lenovo. This brand has been my daily user for years. Therefore, buying an open box laptop was not a concern. I am not disappointed. I love this laptop.

Great computer. Like the clear quality to the visuals and nice graphics. Easy to use. Never had a touchscreen before and found out I really like it. Comes in very handy. I was lucky to have the Lenovo rep in Best Buy at the time I was shopping. So he was able to throroughly explain the capabilities of this model to me.
