GreatPC until Bitlocker bit us and locked us out.

I do not have the code and everything on the PC is not accessible because of it. Security is one thing, but to go NSA type of security on a personal lap top is a bit much. If I lose anything on the PC it is my fault, but Bitlocker took care of that. Thank you (sarcasm). I would not recommedn because of Bitlocker, but I guess everyone who gets Windows11 is stuck with it.

DO NOT BUY - UNFIXABLE MOUSE ISSUES

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to love this laptop because of its high end specs and battery life, it is indeed a good laptop but IT DRIVES ME NUTS AND I DON'T WANT TO USE IT ANYMORE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY IT BECASUE OF ITS MOUSE ISSUES THAT EVERYONE COMPLAINED HERE IN THE COMMENTS. I wish i read the comments before buying it. BestBuy kind of tricked its customers by lowering the prices and I fell for it and bought it without checking the comments as soon as i saw the specs. The cursor or the mouse goes crazy all the time! It vanishes constantly and often ends up in the upper right corner on the "X" that closes windows and that causes me closing the windows all the time. Sometimes it eases up but it is practically not possible to us the laptop when it happens. It looks like Either Lenovo or BestBuy does not take care of its product to either come up with a remedy or just recall the product and give us something that we use. Unfortunately, I am over the return period so i can not return the laptop, so i am just left with this one. PS: I have just seen a reply from a random user (not from Lenovo or BestBuy) (thanks to him/her by the way) to one these similar issue that recommends to disable the driver for HID Compliant pen and i am going to try it but it looks like i won't be able to use the pen in that case. I hope and wish Lenovo or BestBuy recalls these and changes with the ones we can really use.
