    Love it so far. I have only had a small problem and it seems to only happen while I am in the Chrome app. My courser/mouse jumps everywhere. as it only happens while Chrome is open it may be an app issue and not the laptop itself. Previously only had towers this is my first laptop, old tower could not keep up with my work load.

    This is an average computer basic uses. I'm still figuring it out. Search and gameing is ok. But downloads horribles. Been trying to download pictures of my google account and it keep freezing. I guess you gotta figure out your needs first.

      Regarding the troubles you've had with downloading images from your Google account, if you're doing so via the Google Chrome browser, this is a noted issue and Google Support recommends clearing cache and cookies in browser settings, then retrying the download process.

    The worst computer I have ever owned. I bought it the end of Nov 2024. And within the first 14 months its already crashed twice! I had issues the first few months with clicking & dragging not working, or a lag as well as issues with cropping. Finally in July 2025 I was extremely frustrated and reached out to Lenovo for help. IG help kept asking me to test things over a few days. (the phone help team kept directing me to IG) Then they sent me a link to test which didn't help. Finally they sent another link to do a power drain and something in BIOS - this then crashed my computer. At this point they told me I could take it to a center for help... WHY NOT START WITH THAT. So I lost all my work and two days where I couldn't work on my business projects. Then I had to download all the files I needed from my backup and recreate the ones I hadn't yet backed up. I also had to reinstall all the MS programs. Fast forward 6 months and the computer crashes again! This time for no reason. I was just working in MS & the screen goes white and a box to select a boot drive with two options. I took it back to the computer center immediately (since lenovo made things worse last time) and again they wiped out the whole computer and I need to start from scratch. Except this time I'm not able to re-download all the MS programs for some reason. This was my first and of course last lenovo computer. Absolutely the worst computer and support I have ever recieved.
