    I was able to purchase cheaper by the option open box so i did and pick the laptop in different store . I bought the laptop in "good" state to my surprise laptop was with perfect condition not a single scratches on it very easy to pirchase and geek squad was the to help as well

    Sales man worked with me to select the best product for my needs. He helped me get the appropriate hardware and software needed for my use. Two weeks later I needed an extension and went back in the same salesman recognized me and helped me out outstanding service.

    My friend puchased a Lenovo desktop computer from you 2 weeks ago thanks to my referral to you. After I purchased this computer, I took him to your store in Lubbock, TX. His name is Rick Kennedy.     Good laptop but the screen is not the best and initially it would turn off and the bit-lock screen would continue to appear so then I just stopped restarting the computer.

    AMD chip problems

    Everything about this laptop is slow and buggy. It takes so long to open a program, that you end up opening it twice. Everything is slow. I have very fast fiber internet, and everything is slow there too. The cursor vanishes. The touch pad randomly stops working. As I have done research, I've found that the AMD chip causes most of this problem. Recommendations say that the ram installed is not up to par with the chip. They recommend replacing it, but as I found this ram is soldered in, and can not be replaced. There is also a ram setting in bios that can help, but that is not included in the bios of this machine. I upgraded the bios which helped almost nothing at all. Purchased the similar machine with an Intel chip. Can not recommend this machine. Seems to work much better.

    This laptop has been essentially unusable for months bc of unexplainable mouse issues. I tried reinstalling drivers, disabling extra HID mice, resetting the PC itself, screening for malware, using an external mouse/controller, turning off pointer precision, etc. The issue persists, and it is not the touch screen. The mouse is erratic and often causes me to accidentally close windows, and the pointer itself disappears completely at times. The issue is worse when video games are open, making them entirely unplayable. These issues have essentially rendered this laptop unusable. Really wanted to love this product, and everything else seems excellent, but it's mouse issues render it completely garbage.

    This is the second Lenovo Yoga ive had and i love it. I can use it and when my cats walk in front of my screen they dont push buttons.

    Works great!! I am a college student and it doesnt bog down when I have a lot of things open. The battery dies a little fast. But other than that its a great computer

    I Hate This Thing....

    Needed a new laptop since the kids crushed my old one. My only real needs for this one are web browsing, playing Civ V, and light design programs. Windows 11 is annoying. The built in AI isn't useful, but also annoying. I tried to use Edge also for once but all my passwords are saved in Chrome. They did not transfer over. So instead I downloaded Chrome (which is evil, but it's an evil I know). Edge kept trying to stop me from downloading. Annoying. Now Chrome just closes randomly. It's not crashing but the computer is shutting it down. Annoying. The cursor just randomly disappears and also jumps around. Went to settings and changed the sensitivity and a few other things as suggested. Still happens and is annoying. Steam downloaded no issue and I installed Civ V. But Civ wouldn't open. Looked it up on the Steam community and it's an issue with Windows 11. Had to mess with the exe file to get it to work. Annoying. The graphics are decent on this computer for Civ. It does still run hot but I'm not buying a gaming computer for just one game so I'll keep dealing with that. I haven't bothered installing any design programs yet even though that's why I was interested in the Lenovo Yoga. The computer just keeps annoying me. The power switch on the side is a bad idea. You bump it and your computer shuts down. I've also had issues with the computer not wanting to start back up after shutting down overnight. The sounds is a lot better than my last laptop for around the same price point. Also was a Lenovo but a Thinkpad with Windows 10. 90% of my issues with this computer are probably Windows 11 related. But since I don't have a choice in the OS it doesn't really matter. I have a Linux machine that I use for important stuff so just need a basic laptop for shopping, youtube, and Civ. This computer is currently failing those most basic needs.

    Its an honest great laptop but it doesn't have a dedicated cpu so you won't be able to run games a great rate and it will have screen tearing to the point that games are unplayable.

    HOT on your lap!

    I used to think all computers are the same. Wrong! I'm really hating this Lenovo so far and would return it if I could. Firstly, I use it mainly on my lap. This computer is HOT on my left leg. I'll have to find a cutting board or something to put on my legs first. Also, the cursor goes crazy! It vanishes constantly and often ends up in the upper right corner and my hands are not even touching the computer! I'm constantly trying to wiggle the cursor just to see where the heck it is. Even the power cord plug in location is awkward. If I rest the computer on just my right leg (so I don't get burned) then the power cord is in the way. I miss my HP which lasted me 10 years. It was the presence of the SD card reader and the numeric key pad that pointed me to the Lenovo but I'd give those up to go back to my HP.
