    I’ve only used it for school but so far it’s been great. Not a big fan of touchscreen laptops but for the price it’s great!

    This laptop is great because of it's durability. I have dropped it twice from 3 ft high, and the PC is still in broken. I love it.

    Nice 2-1 but I just picked up two of these today and both have issues with the touchpad cursor moving all around when power is connected. I also picked up the exact same one with the i5 Intel processor last week and that one is solid. These Ryzen one's have some type of defect. Disconnect power and its fine, plug in the power and cursor goes nuts.

    Had to call for tech support. The machine told me it had to update & I needed to restart which I did. When it rebooted & went to "Bitlock" and I was unable to manuever. Tech support said we had no choice but to wipe the drive. When I asked why it was doing this, I was told it was a "motherboard" issue. I've only had this thing 1.5 mos. so we'll see going forward.
