    Levovo has been my go-to brand for years; however, the Yoga Two with AMD-RYZEN was one of the worst laptops I have ever used. The sales associate said it was built for multitasking and is one of the fastest on the market. I can assure you it most certainly is not. I tried it out for 3 days, and on the 3rd day, I returned it. The screen would change on its own. My documents would randomly disappear, never to return. It took forever to load, it would get about halfway, the screen would glitch, and I would have to start all over. The computer is no good. Probably have better luck on one from temu

    Was working perfectly when brought but touch screen stopped working in a week and not remediation was received resulted in return

    Never getting this again

    I used the laptop normally between work and home . The hinges came off and it’s a known issue with this model. Tried to use my Warrenty to get it repaired and they said no it’s hardware damage and I’d have to pay out of pocket for it . Wow. Despite it breaking from normal use

    Disappearing Mouse Issue

    Issue with mouse disappearing and popping back up in the corner of screen. Returned it for a new one that had the same problem. Then sent that one to Lenovo for repair, they said it was repaired but problem was still there immediatly.

    Broken and useless 6 weeks in

    6 weeks in and my computer is stuck in an automatic repair loop. At this point its totally useless. Best Buy wanted to charge me to fix it. Its literally 6 weeks old. Up until now it was an ok computer. Battery life was good

Boot in Safe Mode: Restart your laptop and press the F8 key repeatedly until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears. Select Safe Mode and press Enter. If your laptop boots successfully in Safe Mode, it indicates that the problem might be with a driver or software. 2. Perform a System Restore: If you can boot in Safe Mode, you can try to perform a system restore. This will revert your system back to a point when it is working fine. 3. Use Windows Startup Repair: If you can't boot in Safe Mode, you can try using Windows Startup Repair. You'll need a Windows installation or recovery media for this. Boot from the media, select your language preferences and click Next, then click on Repair your computer, select Troubleshoot, and then Advanced options. Here you'll find Startup Repair.     This may be a really good laptop BUT I returned it because I could never get thru the initial install process even after spending hours talking with Lenovo reps. I'll keep looking into future buying potentials

    Purchased the Lenovo and a Geek Squad/Best Buy plan. Made appointment to set up the computer, install office and transfer data with Geek Squad. When I arrived for appointment, not one but two very low energy employees stated that I would need to leave my computers five days for the data transfer. I was not told this during my purchase and made no arrangements for the five days without a computer. I returned the computer and the plan. HP support helped me set up computer, install Office and transfer in less than 2 1/2 hours.

    The battery dies really fast. Does not hold a charge. And when you are using the laptop, it dies even faster.

      Hi, QueenTee. Regarding your issue with battery life – there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds. We also recommend turning your laptop off, instead of in sleep mode, should you want to preserve as much power as possible, since depending on system settings, your device could use a considerable amount of power in sleep mode for an extended period of time.     Horrible. Got it today and it says it doesn't meet Windows 11 Update requirements even thoughit has windows11 installed. I called for help and best buy wanted $40 to look at it. I just got it 2 hour ago. Im returning it and buying elsewhere waste if time and money
