    Awesome computer, horrible place to do business...had a software glitch at 21 days, wasn't asking to return or exchange, just help in correcting it, word for word... Should have bought the extended protection, have a good day "

    Garbage don't buy

    I had this laptop exactly 4 months before the hard drive crashed. Then it had to be mailed out by Best buy to get a new one so now I am waiting 10-12 days until it gets back. This is a work computer and I am supposed to be working. Thanks for nothing Lenovo and Best Buy

    Battery life is not that good. It is like about 5 hours. Also, I keep facing wifi connection problems.

    Pursuing my Masters decided to go for the 14 inch instead of the 16 inch just because of the NTSC 45% so it wouldnt effect the pixels as much also the price difference when it was on sale 14” was on sale for about $600 while the 16” $800 same features with the 2” differental. Overall really like the sleek design and what it has inside a 16 GB DDR5 its a must to have for post applications and the SSD 1TB should be more than enougj plus a big plus is the backlit keypad and the battery life of 12.5 hours for the size. I dont have anything bad to say about it beem enjoying it so far. Also did some gaming already and it runs great just a reminder you wont be able tp play in ultra settings in gopd speed most likely might be able to run some games in high settings or so. Games i played so far with no lag been Tale Tell Walking Dead, Rocket League and Fortnite. Love the display its advertised as 2k but you will be getting a higher resolution than just the 1980x1080 which is superb with the size of the screen. The keyboard pressing mechanism is so smooth to the touch while the speakers is has a nice output. My only dissatisfaction about the computer and its just minor nothing major its just that they have 2 type C usb ports on the same side instead of having one on each side. And the last one is that they have the 14” and 16” going for the same price after the sale ended for the 14”. how does that make sense both going for $899.99 same specs except the 16” have a lower battery usage at 12 hours so paying $200 more for 2” of screen……

    I purchased open box of computer which I regret greatly. The device is slow and something requires a restart for its hanging and sluggish response to a command.

    This laptop did not work for me. It caused my mouse to jump all over the laptop. Took it in for repair and although they said they fixed the problem they did not! I ended up returning it and getting a different brand.

    It wasn’t that great of a laptop. I ended up returning it and buying a hp. I would highly recommend the hp over this one

    Thats not the same laptop. This has the lip above the camera. Brother, there's no shot you only had that for two months (whatever that is) when you cant even make out the windows sticker on the back anymore. Either that or you ran over it with a car for two months. Anyways, to speak to my experience with the laptop, it has the best 2-in-1 screen of the three 8000 series laptops between Envy, Inspiron and Yoga. Nicer to lookat due to a perceived higher brightness. The layer of glass on top of the display isnt as murky as it is on the Envy. The performance is top notch, and I can run a local language model due to the NPU on-board.
