    I didn't get pen with laptop and it disappointed me alot i could've even returned it because i had due date that night.

    I’ve only used it for school but so far it’s been great. Not a big fan of touchscreen laptops but for the price it’s great!

    This laptop is great because of it's durability. I have dropped it twice from 3 ft high, and the PC is still in broken. I love it.

  • Cursor moves around when plugged into power

    Nice 2-1 but I just picked up two of these today and both have issues with the touchpad cursor moving all around when power is connected. I also picked up the exact same one with the i5 Intel processor last week and that one is solid. These Ryzen one's have some type of defect. Disconnect power and its fine, plug in the power and cursor goes nuts.

In the meantime, we recommend ensuring your system is up to date by checking for updates in Windows Settings and the Lenovo Vantage app. Some users have found success disabling the touch and pen input drivers in the system device manager, but please reach out to Lenovo Support should you need assistance.     It a great product - just ensure you dont have an old used product with bad battery life. Rest everything is great at this price point

    Had to call for tech support. The machine told me it had to update & I needed to restart which I did. When it rebooted & went to "Bitlock" and I was unable to manuever. Tech support said we had no choice but to wipe the drive. When I asked why it was doing this, I was told it was a "motherboard" issue. I've only had this thing 1.5 mos. so we'll see going forward.
