I have had the Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 16" touchscreen laptop for about 3 months now. I'm satisfied with my purchase as it sticks to its word of being touchscreen and being able to fold like a tablet-registers all touches placed on the screen. No loading issues able to have lots of tabs/applications open without issues. Keyboard and pad are great can-do hard clicks without feeling it will wear so easily, Lighting for the keyboard is great, has levels that help. Battery lasts long even with brightness on high level, I'm glad I purchased this computer as the screen size even if it's a bit bigger it helps read information on a wider screen when I have to zoom in. Overall, no complaints I use it casually as I needed a new computer. Also, this computer doesn't come with a pen, it's purchased separately.

I really wanted to like this

After using this laptop for 2 months now, I can honestly say that I am disappointed. Perhaps most of my issues are with Windows 11, but some are with the Yoga itself. I replaced an HP laptop with this one because I have previously owned Lenovo laptops and they were fantastic. Figured I'd take advantage of a black friday deal to get another one. The things I like about this laptop: the 2-in-1 feature and pen (purchased separately) are really cool when I want to use it in tablet mode for design work, to watch videos, or to play game that require the touch screen. It feels very sturdy and well built. The hinge (a huge problem on my HP laptop) is very stable and smooth. Videos look great on it, but graphics (websites, graphic design) are just ok. Nothing spectacular. The keyboard is a nice texture and uses the perfect amount of pressure. Very comfortable to use. It's fast. Programs open quickly and for the most part run pretty smoothly. Where it falls short and what I don't like about it: It seems super glitchy. The cursor will randomly "float" up to the corner and not come back down. A couple of times now I've had programs randomly stop working and my external hard drive randomly stops being detected by Windows. (Again, perhaps I'm just having an issue with Windows and not the laptop.) I've also had videos and my browser freeze. The touchpad on this thing is HUGE, which is hard to get used to, and there aren't separate left/right buttons so sometimes I find myself clicking in the wrong spot, which messes me up. The power button is in the WORST possible spot, causing me to turn off accidentally many time simply by lifting it up to move it or by disconnecting my USB drive (There are only two USB ports and both are right by the power button). The volume is inconsistent and mostly runs quiet, but when I have it cranked up the bass/treble balance and tone is good. Some videos are SUPER loud at medium volume and some require me turning it all the way up to hear. I haven't used it while unplugged to test the battery life so I can't comment on that. Overall, I really wanted to love this 2-in-1 laptop but unfortunately, it just isn't what I had hoped it would be. It's too late now to return it, so I just have to hope I can get my money's worth out of it for a few years and then move on to a different one.

Hey DeborahD, we're sorry to hear that you ran into these issues with your Yoga. To try to resolve this, first, let's start with the cursor. We recommend visiting this Lenovo Support webpage to download the latest update for a system driver that was responsible for this issue: (https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/yoga-series/yoga-7-2-in-1-16ahp9/83dm/83dm0003us/downloads/ds567269-wacom-driver-for-windows-11-64-bit-yoga-7-2-in-1-14ahp9-yoga-7-2-in-1-16ahp9?category=Mouse,%20Touchpad,%20Keyboard%20and%20Pen). Next, to address inconsistent volume, this could be caused by a few different things, so we recommend a blanket system update to see if this resolves it. First, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. Also, open the Dolby Access app, then navigate to sound settings to make adjustments to your liking. Please feel free to reach out again with any other issues and let us know if these steps helped. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. Lenovo

I’ve been using the Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 for a few weeks, and it’s been great! The 16” 2K touchscreen is sharp and vibrant, perfect for both work and streaming. It’s super fast thanks to the Ryzen 7 processor and 16GB RAM, and the 1TB SSD gives me plenty of storage. I love the sleek Arctic Grey design, and it’s lightweight enough to carry around. The keyboard is comfortable, and flipping it into tablet mode is super handy. Battery life is decent, and while the speakers could be better, they’re fine for casual use. Overall, it’s a solid, versatile laptop that’s perfect for school and everyday tasks.

Nearly one year since purchasing, this machine is still FAST! As a retiree who still does some bookkeeping, I love having the number pad. Also love the touchscreen and camera lockout. Almost scary intuitive and setup was a breeze. The only thing I would change is to not have the number lock control the page up/down/home/end, but that won't matter to a lot of people. I have not had any of the cursor problems mentioned by other reviewers. Very happy with my Lenovo for my own usage applications.

I really like this choice of laptop. I wanted a model with a sturdy body & hinge, bright clear display, good speakers, extended keyboard with numbers, and a good price, and I think i got all that in this laptop. Battery life has been excellent for general home office use (primarily browser activity, music app, some light editing).

Overall Rating: I recently purchased the Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 Laptop, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way! Here's a breakdown of my experience with this fantastic device: Battery Life: The battery life is impressive, lasting a full day of work and casual use without needing a charge. However, during heavy tasks like video editing, it drains a bit faster, but that's expected with such intensive processes. Speed: The AMD Ryzen 7 processor, combined with 16GB of memory, makes this laptop incredibly fast. Boot times are almost instantaneous, and multitasking is a breeze. I can run multiple applications, including design software and browser tabs, without any lag. Display: The 16" 2K touchscreen display is stunning. Colors are vibrant, text is crisp, and the brightness is perfect for working in various lighting conditions. The touch response is smooth, making it a joy to use in tablet mode. Versatility and Build: The 2-in-1 design is extremely practical, allowing me to switch seamlessly between laptop and tablet modes. The Arctic Grey finish gives it a premium look, and the build quality feels robust and durable. Overall Experience: This laptop checks all the boxes for productivity, entertainment, and portability. I highly recommend the Lenovo Yoga 7 for anyone looking for a high-performance laptop with exceptional versatility.

Amazing laptop! Love the backlit feature, it helps my old eyes see the keys much better. I wasn't sure how I would like going from a 17" screen to a 16", but I haven't noticed the difference and the clarity is fabulous. Also love how fast it runs and the touch screen capability is wonderful. Definitely recommend!

So far so good. I didn't do much research but only knew I needed a laptop to do basic, everyday stuff, like checking emails or online paperwork. I also wanted a laptop with a 10-key, so of course this one is a little wider. It's a little heavy but very sleek. I like that it's touchscreen, but I haven't really used that feature because it's too nice and I don't want to dirty the screen. Another cool feature is the biometric square. Just like you can unlock your phone with your fingerprint, this laptop also has that feature with a small square just below the 10-key pad. I also like that you can change the setting so your keyboard is backlit. The battery life is really good. It was on sleep mode for a few days, and when I logged back in, there was more than 50% left on the battery. It does the job and plus it was on sale. Can't beat that!

Got it in black friday sale for 549. For this amount, its a banger. Honestly I did not see worth in speding 150+ more for the intel version and the HP ones. The competitve HP model did felt superior when I compared them at the betsbuy store. But if you dont ccompare this display with any other, its pretty decent. Only downfall I see is the display accuracy. Rest all pretty decent for the price. Integrated graphics card is pretty decent. The large 16 inch displau is decent, but only FHD. If you want decent display then HP Spectre for triple the price was the only option I could see, apart from mac. And yes, from my rough usage I think I am getting minimum about 7 hours, I dont remember charging the laptop very often, just once in a day maybe.

I had a Lenovo laptop that I used for college, graphic art, and video editing from 2019 until last month when I upgraded to this laptop. That old laptop stayed strong all those years until it got slow. I am giving that laptop to my mom for her to have. This introduction was to show the quality and longevity of this brand. Now, with this laptop, you have a beautiful screen, fast boot, and fast software. I have started my own company where I create book covers and produce and edit videos. That takes a lot of power, and this laptop handles it all easily. I can have editing software running while using Google for searching and YouTube or any streaming app for background noise, and this laptop does not slow down. It did have the jumping pointer problem and I too had to disable the pen. I do use a Meko stylas with this and it works perfectly.
