  • Nice Specs, Disappointing Experience

    Laptop screen and keyboard are nice. However, the device has issues, overheats and won't power up until it cools down. Also slow to boot. Loud fan at times. Maybe a lemon? Best Buy Geek Squad not an authorized Lenovo Repair facility. Lenovo Depot / Remote Warranty Service leaves lots to be desired, still no resolution. Disappointed, may be my last Lenovo.
