Great price for a great laptop

Sales person directed me to this unit I needed and no t a unit that wouldn't work for me. Started right up and was easy to download programs I use.

System runs hot after just 2 hours of working. Can’t leave it plugged in when in sleep mode. It gets so hot it won’t turn on. Seems like a fire hazard. Sound in zoom snd youtube crackled, even with wired ear buds. Camara pixelated while in zoom. Couldn’t find a fix for these. Too much trouble right out of the box. Returned the laptop. Had a Yoga begore. Used it for 9 years. So happy with my previous Lenovo.

Beautiful smooth machine!

He didn't think he'd use the touch screen feature, he loves it, as it puts ease in manageability of task. The screen has beautiful color and beautiful resolution. Fast, and tons of extras! Highly recommended.

Good Investment

I use it for graphic design work and still learning how to use for actually drawing with it. But so far it has been a good investment for a small business startup

I used to constantly adjust the brightness on my Yoga because my eyes aren’t what they used to be, but the 14" display makes a big difference. I’m really happy with my new Lenovo 14".

Modern laptop that performs

Regarding the issue you mentioned, we're sorry to that you're experiencing this. First, we recommend determining if this issue is happening within other applications. Then, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Great user interface!

The only issues we've had are minimal and likely user error; mapping a printer, connecting to certain university wifi, changing the mouse color (randomly shows white on certain websites, making it difficult to find, etc). Great computer for the price though, and highly recommend.
