    The computer is fast, keyboard is responsive, setup was as easy as it gets, the associate that helped was nice but ultimately not very knowledgeable.

    Best But service is excellent. I've always liked the Lenovo Yoga products for their overall reliability. I did have trouble with an earlier Yoga laptop earphone port getting too loose, but that problem seems to have been fixed--port is stronger now. Thanks Lenovo!

    I am not use to using lap top computers. I like the style and the quality of this lap top. Not happy with windows 11, or trying to figure out certain functions on the lap top. Still trying to figure it out. I miss the days where computers were user friendly and didn't have to do a deep search for everything you need.

    I bought this laptop for 600 during cyber monday deals It checked all boxes for a 600 laptop specs My specs are AMD ryzen ai 5 Finger scanner unlock is slow, I mean slower recognition than mobile phones released in 2022 with finger readers. I concerned about after shutting it down, even tho I shut it down on 50%battery when I turn it on next morning it shows like 20. Idk whether it's actually turning off really coz when I open the lid without pressing the power button it's actually getting powered up. Is it a ai spec or an issue? Idk

      The setting that contributes to the battery drain is a form of quick boot. To enable the quick system startup, the device enters more a deep sleep versus being completely powered off. This can be toggled via the system BIOS. To do so, enter the BIOS by pressing F2 (or Fn+F2) repeatedly immediately after powering on. Navigate to the "Boot" tab to adjust the "Fast Boot" setting. If this doesn't help or you'd like assistance with the process, please contact Lenovo Support at this number: 877-453-6686, to work with the Customer Care team for swift action as we look to resolve this matter for you and make things right.

    I bought this laptop for work and so far it is exactly what I need! The only downfall is the battery will get hot so I had to buy something to keep it angled up so there is airflow beneath my laptop. But, it turns out it is easier to type anway.
