  • Unusable at 5 months and no replacement option

    Very unhappy with this laptop and the support we’ve been getting. Within 5 months of purchasing it stopped working for no reason. It was sent to manufacturer and can back with a new motherboard and no explanation why. Brought it home and tried to start it but would not connect to WiFi. Back to BestBuy support and off it’s gone again for servicing and now waiting for a backordered part. This is now just over 6 weeks my son has not had a laptop at university; we explained the extreme inconvenience he is experiencing to the staff at BestBuy and no offer to just replace the laptop. At this stage I have lost all confidence in the product as it is so new and will be full of replacement parts and out of warranty soon. How can a new expensive laptop be so bad?

    I am fine with my laptop - I AM NOT FINE with customer service. Somehow my laptop NEVER shows on my purchase history. I have called/chatted with customer services reps (about 30) - NO ONE HAS EVER RESOLVED for me.
