The Lenovo laptop is an overall great laptop computer for both work and playing games and watching shows. Very happy with our purchase. Best Buy was helpful in selecting it and good customer service!

I purchased a laptop on November 4 & bought the plan where if it became on sale would get sale price. I went to Best Buy on Black Friday figuring it would be on sale. Much to my dismay, it was not. Your rep named Norma felt bad & advised me to download the app & check everyday. I did what she said & could not believe it was $400 off on Cyber Monday. Thanks to Norma as she made my day. Norma was caring, friendly & a people person. She is an asset to your company & deserves a raise!!

Using it for my college classes and my SO is using it for discord. Its responsive and smooth. Need a tablet? It fold over and you can just write on the screen. Need a stand to watch a movie? Fold it and stand it like a teepee. Whats not to like!

Light weight and works well for work use. Did have one instance where I had to do a hard rest but has functioned perfectly fine since.

A great laptop for home use and for those of us who retain older generation storage devices; thumb drives and micro SD cards. Got a great deal while on sale and a $50 MS Windows upate incentive. This replaced a 7 year old Surface - sad to give it up but the new ones are too pricey for my needs.

Overall, this computer isn't bad. Screen: It has a nice screen, although the glare might get to some people. The colors are vibrant and streaming is very smooth. Keyboard: I get a little picky about keyboards, and the typing on this laptop was nice. Not like a gaming keyboard but better than the flattened-out HP keyboards they have on the Omnibooks. Processor and Speed: While this laptop is fast, there's a big drawback to the Ryzen 5 AI 300 series processors. While they don't fully overheat, even simple website design causes the fan to kick on and if you do it for more than 20 minutes, you start to notice lag. For me, I only bought the laptop for two purposes: to develop and design course sites and to use in the classroom. I tried editing one page of my course site using the on-board design program 4 (FOUR) times, and each time the site crashed and I was unable to save my work. I tried to do the same thing on a chromebook and had no issues. While I do think this is a decent laptop, I think that the processor can't keep up with the RAM and OLED screen. For streaming and word processing, this will be fine. If you plan on doing more, I would look to either the Ryzen 7 8000 series or AI 300 series.

Switched over from fruit brand because I couldn’t keep setting up appointments to get it worked on. I’m obsessed with my new computer and will continue to be a loyal fan of this brand. I love it so much more! It’s perfect for work, school and creative projects.

The computer is precisely what my daughter needs for college. Easy to operate and get started. The biggest issue I have is the 'BLARING" warnings to install malware - and act as it the computer is going to crash, within minutes of startup. It's a battle between two vendors, and I'm sure somebody benefits from the purchase. This is annoying.

Lenovo computers are great. My family has had several over the years and they have been reliable workhorses. The Lenovo Yoga series combines the best of a laptop and a tablet. Great for someone who is used to an iPad, but needs a laptop. I got two for my daughter and granddaughter who are both starting college. They are great student computers

The computer is fast, keyboard is responsive, setup was as easy as it gets, the associate that helped was nice but ultimately not very knowledgeable.

Great value with a superior OLED screen. I would have preferred more memory and Windows 11 Pro, but can't really complain for the price. Also, the power/sleep side button is too easy to press inadvertently, so I had to disable it in Windows settings.

I bought this laptop for 600 during cyber monday deals It checked all boxes for a 600 laptop specs My specs are AMD ryzen ai 5 Finger scanner unlock is slow, I mean slower recognition than mobile phones released in 2022 with finger readers. I concerned about after shutting it down, even tho I shut it down on 50%battery when I turn it on next morning it shows like 20. Idk whether it's actually turning off really coz when I open the lid without pressing the power button it's actually getting powered up. Is it a ai spec or an issue? Idk

This computer is a great for high school students. I can do both my academic work on it and play games during my free time.

Fast bright and excellent design battery life excellent

This laptop is outstanding for my needs; it handles the presentations I do extremely well and very readily handles MP4's built into PowerPoints I use in teaching. Initial setup was very easy and it's a pleasure to use.

You can see pixels so that was very disappointing. This is not a true 2k screen (2560x1440) but rather 1920 x 1200 which is more like HD plus. Otherwise the screen is bright enough and vibrant and seems to be relatively fast when surfing the web or using apps.

First Lenovo system I have purchased and I am absolutely “blown away””! Beautiful screen, smooth keyboard, fantastic sound… and the software with the optional windows package is everything I was looking for!

Great Device can do it all! Great Device for school, work, or just for fun. Great HD display and very responsive touch screen. Love this device no complaints.
