Regarding the system performing below expectations, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue that may be software or firmware related. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Touchpad is not that great, sometimes does not register a light tap. Opening the laptop is annoying because you have to touch the webcam unless you open it without using the lip.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Yoga's touchpad and ease of use with opening the laptop. We'd like to work with you to resolve this issue.
To start, regarding the touchpad issue, to help remedy this, first, in Windows Settings, follow these steps to get to touchpad settings: Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad. There should be an option to toggle touchpad options there. Also, under the "Taps" option in this part of the menu, you can adjust touchpad sensitivity. If this doesn't do the trick, then try installing any available updates through the Lenovo Vantage app by selecting the "Check for updates" button on the homepage of the app. Then, check for updates in the Settings app by selecting the Windows Updates tab and selecting "Check for updates" button.
If your issue persists after applying updates and restarting your system, we then recommend reaching out to our support team at this number: 855-253-6686, and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you.
With opening the laptop, we recommend leveraging the "bump" that protrudes out the top of the laptop lid as a leverage point to open the laptop.
We hope that this information helps you, and please update us when you can regarding this.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Such a nice laptop, BUT... the brightness kept fluctuating, it kept freezing up while in Chrome, and continually froze up on boot up, so I had to restart it to enter my PIN. Returned it- a new laptop shouldn't have so many issues. The trackpad had a loud click sound that was annoying. Otherwise, great screen and performance.

Very nice system! Even runs my games!
