    The first time it came the box inside the box was damaged and so was the laptop. It obviously was packaged damaged. That was a hassle. I had to go down to Best Buy in vestal and was offered something “similar”. It did replace it with the same model that was delivered to my granddaughter for college. Just wondering what kind of warranty is on it? Thank you for your reply.

    I hate to give this review. I had such high hopes for this computer. Unfortunately, I've had nothing but problems since I purchased it. I've called Premium Support (paid service; I don't remember the official name at the moment) about the issues--so many issues! They do their due diligence, it's fine for a minute, then the problems start again. I have to make yet another call, but I also have to mentally prepare myself for the hour or so I'll be on the phone with them. It's exhausting. I do like many of the features: clarity of color, text to computer, size, and others, but my ongoing problems diminish the positives. I'm outside the window of return, but I am going to ask for options because this is ridiculous. As far as a recommendation, take your chances. I hope your experience is much better than mine.
