I WANT TO ADD MY GEEK SERVICE TECHNICIAN AHMED WAS OUTSTANDING. He preserved to ensure conversion of Optimum email history was transfered successfully during my setup appointment OUTSTANDING!!!!

If it starts to get hot you can simply adjust the screen so that the air vents let out all the hot air. The color imaging is also great and super vibrant.

Great laptop for my purposes.

Lenovo Yoga Review

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lenovo laptop was originally very good, however after 2 weeks both USB-C inputs quit working or sending a video signal to my desk monitor. All efforts to fix failed and Geek Squad also unable to fix. Unfortunately, Best Buy now allows 3rd party sellers of which I was unaware of when I purchased. It was noted in the “fine print” but had I known that I could not get a repair or replacement, as I was a Best Buy rewards member, I might have opted to purchase from Best Buy and not a 3rd party. So, Geeks had to send my laptop off to Lenovo for repair leaving me without my computer for a minimum of 2-4 weeks!!! Best Buy needs to more clearly note the 3rd party seller and what that means in the event of an issue.

Every time a salesperson came close, they were clearly avoiding "eye contact." Once I got someone's attention, they were quite helpful.

Also, Geek Squad loaded Webroot on my computer and McAfee continues to pop up-that is annoying! Everything else is good.

To start with battery life, there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

Unfortunately, I've had nothing but problems since I purchased it. I've called Premium Support (paid service; I don't remember the official name at the moment) about the issues--so many issues! They do their due diligence, it's fine for a minute, then the problems start again. I have to make yet another call, but I also have to mentally prepare myself for the hour or so I'll be on the phone with them. It's exhausting. I do like many of the features: clarity of color, text to computer, size, and others, but my ongoing problems diminish the positives. I'm outside the window of return, but I am going to ask for options because this is ridiculous. As far as a recommendation, take your chances. I hope your experience is much better than mine.

When it works, it works well. However, it freezes on occasion. My 7 year-old Asus works better. Today, the Lenovo won’t even restart.
