    First, I have purchase at least 6 Yoga 2+1's over the last 5 years and have had GREAT performance. However, this time the laptop wouldn't charge (after I got it set up of course) so I returned it for a replacement. After a month, that model exhibited power related issues so I returned it (uuugghh). This time I purchase the Yoga 15" Auro platform and so far so good (30+days).

  • Out of box bad restore by Geek Squad!

    Not manufacture issue. Out of box purchase. Geek Squad tech did not restore drivers back to original before putting product back on the floor. I could not move past the opening screen due to no drivers having been reinstalled. Returned item and purchased a different Lenovo laptop from another vendor. Still out the My Best Buy membership.

    The computer is nice but started having issues right away. The mouse stopped working, the face id stopping working and it was brand new... lasted less than a week
