I love my new laptop and the sales at best buy helped me with my purchase was great.

It is a great laptop to have for going into college, it runs my coding programs smoothly and can load quickly.

I've only had this for a few weeks but I'm very happy with my purchase. Screen resolution and colors are amazing! I use it to work from home as well as my personal stuff. I am using a dongle for the additional ports and that works for me.) The holiday discount made made it possible for me to buy on my small budget.

Perfect labtop for school. Wanted the black one but the white one is just as nice and very slim.

So far- so good! Bought this to replace my wife’s old laptop. She is very happy with it and the screen is really clear and high resolution. I was impressed with my salesman (Tade I believe) he was informative and very helpful.

Really nice laptop. Hold charges, fast and sharp graphics. No problems with the memory space. Does not wake up by touching the screen though. Maybe I have not figured out the settings for that. Overall good laptop.

It has issues with sending pdf emails for some reason when you download a file and then try to resend it always says it’s too large. It’s also a little slow. However, picture quality is great!

The product may be okay, it’s hard to say what damage may have been done to it during shipping since it was just thrown in a box with NO PROTECTION! It was open box, but one would still expect it to have some kind of protection. Imagine putting a computer in a box 4 times bigger than the item, throw in a charger and the little electronic sign and send it out. Nothing to stop it from being grown around in the box at all for the days it took to get it.

The Laptop was poorly handled by the Open Box Team. There was a scratched side hinge at the bottom and a monitor connection cable was coming out ! I had to open the base and then nudge the cable back. The Open Box team has done a very shoddy job.. The Laptop Keeps hanging, freezing and throws errors at boot. Memory gets consumed randomly and windows update also has issues. Lot of bloatware

This thing is fast! Looks good. Oled screen is amazing. The touch response is good. Battery is ok. Doesn’t last all day if your doing heavy loaded tasks. I can even play Shadow of the tomb raider in low mode but playable. Hooked up my xbox controller and go in on gaming. Love that it has a mini sd card slot. The yoga pen is a must! Awesome machine to be honest. Handles everything i throw at it! Ai is legit! The fan kicks on when running heavy tasks but not as loud as the older machines. Kind of semi quiet. Love the metallic case as well! Thin and light. Not heavy. I did good with this machine. I’m pretty happy with this purchase. It’s a laptop, tablet, tent it, etc…Worth it! Get one if your able to.

I love at how fast it is so I can game , code and watch my videos at great quality at 2k . It’s slim and folds into a tablet which is very convenient when taking it out somewhere like to school or work . It instantly unlocks with my face or fingerprint which is useful in a daily life . It’s battery life is great since it lasts throughout the way with two or three charges which is fine with me . It’s performance is fantastic , all the games I would want to play would run good such as Fortnite, Minecraft , and probable Forza Horizon 5. if your looking for a laptop that folds , has good performance, has face and Touch ID , and is slim , this is the one for you

Bought it for college. I didn't expect to like it that much. - Incredible oled display great for working, studying, gaming -when it comes to sound, I really enjoy the clearness of the audio when watching tv shows. - As a 14 inch laptop i enjoy the size as it is lightweight,perfect for travel. -Overall this is a great device for anyone looking for a fast processing computer with excellenr graphics, lightweight design, great audio, and excellent display.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned. It is superior in speed, and ease. I can do everything on it and never have issues. I love love love this computer. I have had it for over a year and have been using it for school mostly but have used it for many other things too. Great quality, light weight, awesome battery life! There are so many good things about this computer. I literally have nothing bad to say about it.

The specs—an AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a huge 1TB SSD—mean I can have a million Chrome tabs open, plus my notes app and Spotify, without a single stutter. And with the Copilot+ AI features built-in, finding that one obscure term paper I wrote last semester is as easy as typing a quick query. The 2-in-1 feature is a game-changer. I mostly use it in laptop mode for typing, but it's super easy to flip it into tablet mode for drawing diagrams in my chem class or marking up PDFs for my history reading. The optional Yoga Pen is great for this, with precise and natural-feeling input that makes taking notes a breeze. When I'm not studying, I can prop it up in tent mode for a movie night with friends. The 14" 2K OLED touchscreen is definitely the star of the show. The colors are so vibrant and rich that everything from YouTube videos to my creative projects looks amazing. The aluminum chassis feels really premium and durable, though I’ve heard it can get scratched easily, so I'll probably invest in a good laptop sleeve for my backpack. The battery life has been surprisingly solid. I can usually get through a full day of classes, which is great because finding an outlet is always a hassle. The USB-C charging is also a huge plus since I can just carry one charger for my phone and my laptop. The fans are also pretty quiet, which is a major bonus for working in a quiet library or study lounge. The only minor downsides are the lack of user-replaceable RAM and some complaints about the keyboard feeling a bit heavy for long typing sessions, but these are pretty minor quibbles considering all the great features. All in all, this laptop offers incredible performance and versatility for the price. It’s perfect for any student who needs a reliable, powerful, and adaptable machine that can handle both the grind of academics and the fun of downtime.

Great for college! Battery long-lasting (good for studying, meetings, & class), 2 in 1 (excellent for those taking notes digitally), OLED (awesome for video and pictures), and 14 inch if you want to have something that fits just right in your backpack/tote bag. It does overheat at the bottom of the screen and top of the keyboard due to the fan but when folded, not a problem.
