Best Buy would not return it and only would give me a store credit because it was past the 14 day window, it was not even one month. Don’t buy this junk and don’t buy from this junk store.

I would not buy this computer again. Now they want to charge me $500 to fix it. We also know another family that had the same problem.

I never had a computer as nice so it will take me awhile. HaHa! The BB agent was so nice helping me with what I wanted! He was a big help, because I asked a lot of ?'s

The only work around, it seemed, was to not go to standby. Not acceptable.
