I purchased this laptop for travel and it did not disappoint. It's lightweight, but has power and is fast. The screen is bright and crisp, and the processor works flawlessly.

This is an excellent 2 in 1, the ryzen ai 7 350 chipset is great for light gaming and productivity, its basically on par with a dedicated gtx 1650 mobile, but in a ultra slim 2 in 1 , definitely a great device, the oled is awesome too

I recently purchased a Lenovo Yoga laptop and couldn’t be happier with it. I’ve always trusted Lenovo for its great quality and value, and this model didn’t disappoint. The performance and design are excellent. The service at Best Buy was also top-notch—the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend both the laptop and Best Buy!

Very Good Laptop w/a somewhat limited battery life

I honestly do not have any major complaints about this machine outside of the battery life. The screen is 600 nits. I never keep brightness more than half brightness and at that level the battery might last 6 hours and sometimes 7, so I have to keep brightness very low to try and extend the battery life. This doesn't extend the battery much at all. If you have brightness at half or more then the machine will not even charge to full capacity because the screen is such a drag. 600 nits is impressively bright, but it is such a drag that I suggest you only enjoy the uber brightness of the screen when you are plugged in and charging. I have not encountered any speed problems or lag issues. I have only had the laptop for about 5 weeks and I have been very busy with work so I have not used the AI aspect of the laptop much at all. When I do copilot searches it is pretty aggressive about wanting you to use microsoft edge even though I have already made chrome my default browser for work reasons. I understand that copilot is microsoft and edge is microsoft, but they are not supposed to be constantly forcing edge down our throats and attacking my default browser. Even with these issues I still enjoy this laptop a lot. There is a ton I have not gotten to test out and enjoy. Sometimes Copilot is not as fast when doing searches, it might take 2 to 4 seconds, as opposed to less than a second on my other machines. One caveat is I am on a university campus that is new to me and I am using guest wifi networks so maybe that is the cause and it has nothing to do with this laptop. All in all I am way more happy with this laptop than I am bothered by the limited battery life.

Regarding your issue with battery life – there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
We are glad to read that the Yoga 7 2-in-1 is working out great for you otherwise.

DO NOT INSTALL AMD ADRENALINE. Where is the USB4?

Quick! I come from your future! Do not install AMD Adrenaline if you like having speakers that work. For some reason, updating the video drivers will overwrite the existing audio drivers. I tried DDU to wipe and reinstall from my backup and the driver still didn't work. Rolling back to a Windows restore point or getting the Lenovo backup image will put the audio back to the original state.
Getting my gripes out of the way first.
Cons:
- Lack of USB4 means no Thunderbolt or eGPU support
- You should use the tablet mode upside down. The vent for the fan is on the back of the keyboard, so you'll want to use it with the webcam bump down. That seems like a fragile disaster waiting to happen.
- Air intake is compromised when in tablet mode. Air is sucked in from the bottom of the laptop, but it's sandwiched behind the screen when flipped around.
- Power button is along the right edge of the laptop. I inadvertently bump it when picking the computer up.
- Cheapest compatible stylus I found is actually a HP G3 Stylus Pen Active Pen
- The first one I bought had a hardware keyboard glitch where it types ||||| over and over again. Really confusing issue, so Geek Squad swapped it out for me. Might have just been a lemon.
Pros:
- Absolutely gorgeous OLED screen. Coming from IPS is no contest.
- Keyboard is fun to type on. Pretty standard nowadays, but this was a big upgrade for me.
- Fingerprint sensor right by the trackpad is convenient
- Runs cool and fans are pretty quiet
- Long battery life
Almost the perfect computer for me, but the lack of USB4 is hard to get over. I got a great open-box sale, so it's quite a bargain when half off.
