It tends to be a bit too touchy and jumps forward or back or somewhere I don't want to go. It also lacks a port for a camera memory card. I need that because the guy who takes pictures for club events gives me the photos on a memory card so I can load them to our Facebook group, Just posting this note I've had to make multiple corrections due to the jumping all over.

To help ensure that this "jumping" isn't a hardware issue that would need to be serviced, we'll try to address this with software and firmware updates. First, we recommend opening the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, then apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
We appreciate your comment regarding the port selection, as this has been noted to be considered for future design improvements. Please let us know what else we can do to help improve your experience, as your satisfaction is important to us.

I only needed one for school and I’m very pleased with this laptop. The screen is very clear and vibrant, it’ll be great for steaming movies. I recommend this laptop! Battery lasts me about 2 days of full time work.

Solid First Experience with Lenovo

At first, it ran hotter than my old Vaio when plugged in, but using a laptop riser solved the issue. So far, it’s been working well. It was easy to set up, and I was able to transfer all my data from my old laptop without any problems.

Random crashing, restarts and even had a blue screen requiring us to enter a recovery key which us not fun.
