Excellent Laptop with great performance

The processing power, extra storage, and overall quality of this laptop made it a buy. While not being the most powerful laptop of this series specifications wise ,but what you get out of this is worth a buy for anyone who multitasks averagly and needs a little more power. I would recommend.

Really fit the bill for my daughter in college. She is doing programming as well as other course work and her old laptop could not keep up. That is not an issue anymore!

For movie watching, it's incredible - or doing anything with photo editing. Going back through pics after a wrestling show on this makes the colors stand out even more than the older version or my Macbook Air.

Great little laptop

This touch screen Lenovo is the perfect “smaller” laptop. Great battery life, excellent color and screen display. It’s a very reasonably priced laptop.

lenovo yoga review

I got this laptop because of the AMD chip and for programming. I find that Lenovos are great for programming. The screen and display quality is incredible, and I love that it's a hybrid tablet. I think this laptop is a steal for the price point and recommend it to others.

Speakers went silent after 2 months

The warranty was still active and sending the laptop in for repairs was very easy and the repair took a week. It was annoying to reload a bunch of software, though, but it's working great now.

I have ine and my son has one now, we are not tech savviest but this was so easy to set up and it is light and amazing graphics. I will buy a third for my other child for xmas. I cant speak to gaming on it because we use it for college and work. It is reliaable and the charger is so light compared to other laptops, it is just a usb thing like our phones !

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a nice little machine. A little temperamental though. It doesn't always start up right away. Sometimes, I have to press the power button a few times. There's no way to tell if this press will do it since it takes 30 seconds or so before there are any signs of life. I have Microsoft Office on the computer. I do not store anything in the cloud unless I am using it as a public file. However, without clear warning, things are stored on the cloud. I don't need a machine that I can't use unless there is wifi. There's a reason why I purchased it with a 1TB SSD. I know this is probably a MIcrosoft issue, but it is very frustrating when it is not clear where things are being stored. When I open my Documents folder, I expect to be able to open it with the drop down folders I created and for it all to be on the computer I saved it on. Only to see that most of what I saved is not accessible without wifi. Anyway, the machine itself is light and fast [once it decides to wake up].

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Yoga 7 in regard to powering on the system and with OneDrive. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you, and we'd like to work with you to try to resolve this issue.
To start, with system startup, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
Also, with OneDrive, please visit the following link to a Microsoft Support webpage that details how to disable and uninstall OneDrive since you wish to not utilize the service: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/turn-off-disable-or-uninstall-onedrive-f32a17ce-3336-40fe-9c38-6efb09f944b0

The resolution is outstanding and the size is just right for my small hands. Although, the machine gets really hot if left on and on a flat surface. It really needs air to imcompass the entire machine.

We aim to offer great user experience and would like to recommend a possible solution to reduce the temperature of your device.
The Yoga 7 allows you to change the computer’s thermal mode. This will allow your device to cycle between higher performance, quiet, or automatically adjust based on your needs. To start, launch the Lenovo Vantage app, select the "Device Settings" tab from the left-hand side of the display, scroll down to "Power modes" and select the best mode based on your needs. We suggest using Quiet mode which will lower the temperature of your Yoga 7 when under load. You can also toggle thermal modes simply with the Fn+Q hotkey.
