Out of box bad restore by Geek Squad!

Geek Squad tech did not restore drivers back to original before putting product back on the floor. I could not move past the opening screen due to no drivers having been reinstalled. Returned item and purchased a different Lenovo laptop from another vendor. Still out the My Best Buy membership.

However, this time the laptop wouldn't charge (after I got it set up of course) so I returned it for a replacement. After a month, that model exhibited power related issues so I returned it (uuugghh). This time I purchase the Yoga 15" Auro platform and so far so good (30+days).

Nice but defective

To start, let's see if we can address this with software adjustments. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after these steps the issues persist, more in-depth troubleshooting may be necessary to resolve this. In this case, we recommend submitting a PC repair ticket online at pcsupport.lenovo.com or by contacting Lenovo Support over the phone at: 877-453-6686, to work with someone who may help by providing a solution for you.

Garbage laptop and garbage return policy

Best Buy would not return it and only would give me a store credit because it was past the 14 day window, it was not even one month. Don’t buy this junk and don’t buy from this junk store.
