    Everything is top notch especially for the price point. However, the bluetooth does drop from time to time. Performance and screen are decent. Battery life is decent.

      Regarding Bluetooth connectivity, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

    I purchased this laptop for my grandson who just started college. I purchased same Lenovo laptops for both of my granddaughters whk have both graduated and still using them. I have purchased all of my televisions at Best Buy as well. Everyone is very knowledgeable and patient with me. They don't make me feel uncomfortable being a grandmother who isn't a "Techie"

    Had a glitch with the speakers not working after a few days, got it reset online and it's been good since. Would have given 5 stars but for that, it's beautiful.

    Im getting used to this computer it is so easy to use. Screen touch, fingerprint omg can't even explain this upgrade. Now i don't know why i took so long to get a new one. Ive my other laptop for 10 yrsit was getting slower and slower to long to get it started . Glad i made a good decision in purchasing a new one. Thank you
