    I bought this laptop for school and to play certain VR games. It is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It is fast, graphics are great, and runs VR games with ease. It’s everything that I wanted and more!

    So far it’s good and it’s not. Often researching some issue. Many times it’s with the screen in 2 in 1 mode. I hate the power button where it is. Accidentally touch it while flipping the sreen and it’s off. I’ve had it barely a month and the fix it part that you can subscribe to is already telling me 7 problems and pay them to fix them. It’s new! Already got some fixes from Lenovo regarding a couple things I spent days trying to fix. Screen related.

      To start, regarding the subscription service alerting you to "7 problems", could you share what program this is stemming from so that we can share the respective resolution? For now, if this is coming from the McAfee security software app, you can remove the software following the steps listed on this Microsoft Support webpage: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uninstall-or-remove-apps-and-programs-in-windows-4b55f974-2cc6-2d2b-d092-5905080eaf98
