Upgraded to Windows 11 Pro making the experience better. The only issue is the audio does not function properly with all videos.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

BUT after 2 months it is getting hot and twice it would not turn on. Once after it cooled down it did. But just now it is not and will have to have it checked out. Not sure what the problem is but other than that was loving the laptop. Just not now.

This is the first laptop I have purchased for my wife since 2009 or so that she really likes and with the newer tech in this laptop, she will use until something better is available.

Love the fingerprint scanner to unlock it and how you can flip it to be a tablet. Also such a good price for a terabyte of storage

This one has some updated features and is much faster. I've had other brands before and none of them have been as good as Lenovo.
