Everything looked brand new until I turned it on. On setup, I couldn't get past the sign on to network screen. No drivers were installed and the ones I tried to load wouldnt work. So, I took it to the Geek Squad. After 2 days, they finally got me going. Also, the Lenovo warranty period is way shorter than I was supposed to get for a certified open box. Other than those issues, everything works as is. Battery life is sold and it's pretty fast.

We recommend installing all available driver updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. These updates are crucial to the device’s health and can affect performance. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, launch the application, then select the “Check for updates” button at the top right of the screen. To check for Windows Updates, launch the Settings app, select the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, then select the “Check for updates’ button in the top right of the page. Once the updates are installed, we recommend restarting the device.

Regarding the heat produced, this Yoga 7 features an active cooling system, along with other components and software, designed to protect the system and enable the user to power through work without throttling due to heat produced. We recommend that the bottom of the device, where the air intake vents are, is clear of obstructions to aid in proper air exchange.
