My first was purchased 5 years ago when I started grad school. I never had any issues with it. Great laptop! I am excited to have an updated version!

The new one doesn’t always recognize my touch on the mouse pad when trying to move the cursor. There are little things about it that I’m not happy with, but for the most part it is a good computer and allows me to get my work done for school.

Windows 11 and AI are a little different, but overall it seems nice. I wonder a little about the hinges being tight but hopefully they don’t break down the road. I’d buy again
