Love the fingerprint scanner to unlock it and how you can flip it to be a tablet. Also such a good price for a terabyte of storage

Purchased with Microsoft 365 program. Had to call Geek Squad to figure out how to access word program, including data transferred from old laptop. Thought the 365 had been installed at Best Buy store. Telephone Geek Squad activated it, but some data still not accessible. Will need to schedule in-store appointment to get clarification. Best Buy should not assume customers understand how to operate a new computer. I suggest that customers be offered in-store help before leaving store with new computer. We do not always know what to ask.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

This laptop had everything that I was looking for including the number keypad and a great size!
