Excellent Product. Lightweight and great for work and home

Bought this Opex box a few months back for semi regular use. It’s was a great purchase especially for the discounted price I got at ~$600. The screen looks amazing and the 2 in 1 design comes in handy for productivity. Only downside I would say is the battery life is average at best. Can get around 7-10 hours with regular use. 3-6 hours if I use it for any minimal/ moderate gaming. On the lower end of battery compared to other laptops at this price point

There are two parts to the review. The laptop itself and the buying process. I bought this machine as an "excellent" open box during the sales in Oct. I paid $555. That's about what it's worth. It's not worth $1k plus. There are much better laptops for that price. It feels relatively solid and is light enough for what I'm looking to do with it. I'm pleased (though haven't abused it yet) with the processor. I would NOT recommend any FPS games, but a game like Civ VI works fine. Battery life is fantastic. And decent sized spreadsheets with lots of XLookups and Macros is working fine too. **HOWEVER** the laptop came to me with gunk all over the keyboard, small particles STUCK to the screen (like salt sized pieces). I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service who could not reserve me a similar machine at a store. I found a store that had it and when I went to try to do the exchange, because it had gone back to full price ($400+ higher) the store was unable to do the exchange. I want to thank GeekSquad in the store for "buffing" it up to excellent condition, but I did not need to waste over 6 hours getting this done. It should have been swapped out IMMEDIATELY. If you can get a deal on Black Friday or something like that for a ~$500 price, go for it. For anything north of $600 -- find another machine. And if you're going to buy an open box - make them open it for you in the store before you buy it. (This one was shipped to me.)

I bought this laptop for my son going off to college. 4 weeks in and he says it is ideal for everything he needed - portability, functionality, speed, etc. Glad we bought this one.

Very capable laptop. Speed is excellent, display is crystal clear. Boot up is very fast. Use mainly for excel sheets and trading, some streaming.

The Levono is everything I was hoping for and more. Its ability to multitask several things is exactly what I need for marketing! The high definition resolution is perfect for streaming service and some game functions. The 2 in 1 multifunction with touch screen is great when needing to edit pictures for marketing purposes or simply using my artistic creativity.

got this for gaming and streaming and works great for both, though not on high settings for newer games. also definitely needs a cooling pad, ran into overheating issues.

It's perfect compact for my everyday use. With its flexible you can use it like tablet if you want and it's fast enough for what I'm going to use this for. That's how I love this product.

I recently purchased this laptop and I’ve been genuinely impressed so far. The setup was quick and easy, and the performance has been smooth right out of the box. It handles everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and multitasking without any lag, and even runs heavier programs surprisingly well.

Exactly just as described. Lightweight, fast, excellent graphics. Life battery no problem for me.

Fast, love the backlit keyboard. The bigger screen ias a game changer.

I have had this laptop for only a few weeks, but I really like it. I use it mostly in my recliner on my lap. Light weight and low power make using it this way much better than my older system. It boots quickly and has a comfortable keyboard. The display is very easy to read, although I do turn it up to a higher brightness level than the default. I really don't know about battery life in that I usually use it while plugged in. The supplied cord is long and light weight and it charges through the USB C port.

An excellent laptop. Very fast with plenty of storage. Bright crystal clear touchscreen. It was very easy transferring files and photos from my old laptop to this one.

Overwhelmed and frustrated, I was headed for the door when a salesman asked why was I frowning and could he help. He listened and explained all I needed to know to make an informed decision. I am so glad he stopped me. I am enjoying my new laptop. Its sleek but sturdy. I love the beautiful display, touch screen, full size backlit keyboard and tons of storage. Its fast with a great battery life. Surprise...its convertible 2 in 1. I didn't know until i got it. Great price and delivered right to my door. Simply thrilled.

My son has one, so I bought one for myself. It runs very well and easy to use. Very reliable.

So far so good, sleek laptop, I especially like the keyboard and back light feature. I enjoy the large 16" screen it can be a little heavy when using the folding 360 feature and having it in your lap so I prefer not to fold the laptop.
