This is a great laptop. Good for multi-tasking and for video meetings. Only giving it 4 stars bc I had to work with Google Fiber to troubleshoot a wifi issue - the default is for this laptop to connect to 6G, but we have 5G in our home. instead of connecting with the next available wifi, it was just in constant search mode, which resulted in poor wifi connection. Who knew! Once we altered settings, it has been great!

Has been a great laptop for my 6th graders classes. The touch screen/tablet mode makes it easier to complete quizzes/tests and other online assignments.

This computer is just what I needed. It is very good quality, seems both durable and lightweight. The keyboard is comfortable and responsive. The display, although larger than I required, is clear and good color and resolution. So far, it completely meets my needs.

This Lenovo computer is user friendly. It has a crystal clear picture. The colors are brighter than my previous computer. I had the Geek Squad merge my old computer to this new one. They made this transition easily. I appreciate the Lenovo's quick change from one page to another. It holds a charge well. I have enjoyed using this computer.

I use the laptop to manage my finances and file taxes. I am very happy with how it performs and is a good replacement for my Dell. The full number pad is very convenient.

great help with selection and geek squad transfer to new laptop. it is working great just need to get used to new windows which seems to be going well

Excellent laptop for my personal at home needs. I previous had a Lenovo laptop that lasted 10 years before needing to be replaced, so after careful research, I chose this laptop.

So far this computer has been great for what I need. I needed a labtop with the number keyboard on the side, usb c charging, and has a good processor so it’s not slow for school work. I like the touch screen. It does sometimes feel like it isn’t very durable but it hasn’t broken yet so I’m hoping it stays that way.

Excellent lap top for a reasonable price. I was not a fan of Lenovo, but they have really stepped up their game! Processor speed is fast, love the number pad, and the graphics are crystal clear. I use it for work and it works perfectly for charting!

Finally upgraded after 10 years, and I am definitely impressed with the functionality and performance of the new laptop.

We purchased this for our daughter leaving for college. Its perfect! She loves the touchscreen abilities, the 3 options on how you can use it and all the extras that come with it. When fordt coming in, she was only in the market for an HP. Glad we made the change, and went with the Lenovo, she couldn't be happier!

From the sales the sales team to the final set up everyone was great and answered all questions. I am not tech savvy, and they were very patient. I will recommend Best Buy based on their service and especially the politeness everyone showed.

It's a very nice laptop and also super modern, it has for Face ID and for fingerprint and I think it's incredible, the color is beautiful

I am very happy with this computer. It is very fast and I love the springy key action when typing. My cursor is not constantly moving across the screen and making me type in the wrong spot. I love having microsoft office use again and is working well. Display is a major improvement.
