Great laptop with nice config

But sound system can be better . Also flip /folding is not smooth and sometimes automatically gets folded / flipped when u take in hand .

Great laptop for school and personal

The computer is versatile, great battery life, graphics. Love the touchscreen, but have yet to try tablet feature. Would recommend.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Associates that helped me in store were awesome. Computer is everything that the associate said it would be, very easy to use.

Arrived in a few days in perfect condition. Solid laptop with a very nice keyboard. Setup went smoothly and so far no problems. The only downside is I wish the screen was a little sharper. Other than that, I have no complaints.
