    Purchased as an OPEN BOX with "Certified by Best Buy" tape sealing the box. Everything looked brand new until I turned it on. On setup, I couldn't get past the sign on to network screen. No drivers were installed and the ones I tried to load wouldnt work. So, I took it to the Geek Squad. After 2 days, they finally got me going. Also, the Lenovo warranty period is way shorter than I was supposed to get for a certified open box. Other than those issues, everything works as is. Battery life is sold and it's pretty fast.

  • Problem with initial YOGA which was replaced

    My initial YOGA laptop shortly after purchase developed hardware malfunction were I had no sound. Since it was under warranty it was sent to be repair since the Geek squad couldn't fix the problem. Geek squad was able to secure a new YOGA for me due to time it would take to secure my repaired laptop. No problems so far with the new laptop.

    It is a nice laptop with great color and responsiveness. Every once in a while it does get a little glitchy for a few second at a time, but it isn't enough to worry about.
