  • Excellent computer with a defective Shift key

    Excellent computer but the keyboard is defective. The Shift key was defective and BestBuy Geek Squad told it would me $600 to fix as they would have to ship it for repair and the entire keyboard would be replaced. So I did not fix it - using it broken. Shift key is so critical as it is used very often - so not good experience with this computer for this extremely silly but expensive defect. This is the reason for the overall rating - otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

    So far so good! Time will ultimately tell whether this was a good buy or not but it did replace a 9 year old tower so it is much faster and better as far as that goes.
