    Battery didn't work in a week

    With in a week the Battery died. I have bought this laptop and used it for a week. the second week the battery didn't charge at all. I have returned it and bought another Lenovo.

    I dont know I f I got a lemon or what.... within the first 30 days the screen keeps going black , Keeps changing the default options. I have to basically reset the computer every day . And because its past the 30 days I purchased the computer I can not return it. I am giving it away for free for anyone who wants a computer

    Overheating issue

    This laptop has all the features I'm looking for, and it worked beautifully for the first few weeks. However, it developed an overheating issue, so I had to return it.

Please ensure your device is up to date on all available drivers updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings, these updates can improve your device’s Graphics Drivers leading to more clarity in the display. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, start by launching the Lenovo Vantage app and selecting the “Check for updates” button on the right-hand side of the homepage.     Brand new computer to replace a 2 yr old Mac Pro and had to return it in a week. Anytime I would type a g or h the this is what I would get continuously \\\\\\\. Also issue when opening a new window. Geek squad could not figure it out, Had to drive an hour to Best Buy to purchase a new laptop and went back to an HP

    Headache inducing

    I got this laptop a couple days ago, it has caused me so much frustration. It is constantly disconnecting for the internet, it even went on airplane mode once. I tried to contact the manufacturer and couldn’t even get a hold of them. It’s been a headache! Never dealt with that before and everything has been updated.

      To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection issues. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button and apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, ensuring all available driver and BIOS updates are applied successfully, following all on-screen instructions.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem.     I purchased unit 8-17-25 i have not been able to use this unit . It went to GEEK SQUAD for 3wks. The only repair was done was the screen. And not the main which was the touchpad. Now Lenovo has it .

    I would not recommend. Gets stuck. Battery doesn’t last and take an enormous amount of time to charge. Mouse sticks and it’s a hassle

      What we can share immediately is that you can extend battery life with your system by using Lenovo's thermal profiles to adjust system power settings, including to a battery saving mode that can make a difference. In order to do so, press Fn +Q to cycle through the different modes until you land on the one with a battery icon and a leaf to take advantage of this. Also, if you want to increase charge time, you can take advantage of Lenovo Quick Charge in the Lenovo Vantage app. This will enable your system to charge rapidly for your convenience. To do so, open the Lenovo Vantage app > Select the Gear icon for device settings > Select the Power tab, and ensure rapid charge is enabled. We believe these two items shared previously can improve battery life and charge time, thus increasing your sentiments on these topics.

    Game Changer!

    I recently picked up the Lenovo Yoga 16-inch 2-in-1, and overall, I’m really impressed. The larger screen is a game-changer for productivity. It’s also surprisingly light for its size, which makes it pretty portable despite the 16-inch display. The performance is smooth, with no lag even when I have multiple apps open at once. I love how easily it converts into tablet mode!

    Did not work from day one. Spent as much time being re-loaded as it did in my house. After the 4th try, it was replaced with a HP.

      Regarding the heat produced, this Yoga 7 features an active cooling system, along with other components and software, designed to keep the device cool while powering through tasks without throttling due to the heat produced internally. To help the system stay cool, please ensure that the bottom of the device, where the air intake vents are, is clear of obstructions to increase air flow, and that the air exit at the rear of the laptop is not obstructed to reduce air pressure.

      Additionally, this Yoga also features Smart Control, enabling the user to use the key command combination, Fn + Q, to toggle between thermal/performance mode. For instances where you may use the device in your lap or a situation where the intake vents may be obstructed, we recommend switching to cool or quiet mode to help with the heat felt on the bottom of the machine.

      Finally, please check for and apply any available updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings to help ensure you are using the latest software and drivers to ensure your system is running as efficiently as possible.     Two weeks after buying the Yoga 7 2 in 1, I had to take it back to Best Buy because it would not connect to the internet. Geek Squad had to re install the soft ware so it would connect again. Other than that, it has worked very well.

    Beyond a Budget Laptop
