Best Buy stole $600 of my money

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Lenovo Yoga, the shipping was all messed up, then it got delivered to an unknown address, when the package said delivered I checked outside. I didn’t see anything then I got a email with a picture of a house that was not mine. I walked down my street. I saw nothing. I called the Customer Service. They were going to take care of it. I notified FedEx right away, I called back to Best Buy quite a few times then I got a notification three days later saying that I needed to contact the police. There was nothing they could do. I contacted the police and they said they had more important things to do then track down a missing package. Best Buy stole my money. FedEx said I had to deal with the shipper, which was Best Buy.

We wish to provide the best experience possible for our users, and if you'd like, we're happy to work with you to try to improve your experience.
To start with the glitches you reported, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
Also, updated software can help with system efficiency or general battery life. There are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life, and the marketed battery life may not be achievable due to you not using the device under the conditions where this test result was shared. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

Unfortunately lenovo AI requires a dedeicated gpu in n order to run. This is just a marketing AI laptop.
