    First one quit charging within 2 months of purchasing. The new one doesn’t always recognize my touch on the mouse pad when trying to move the cursor. There are little things about it that I’m not happy with, but for the most part it is a good computer and allows me to get my work done for school.

      Regarding the touchpad issue, to help remedy this, first, in Windows Settings, follow these steps to get to touchpad settings: Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad. There should be an option to toggle the touchpad here, please ensure it is on. Also, under the "Taps" option in this part of the menu, you can adjust touchpad sensitivity. If this doesn't do the trick, then try installing any available updates through the Lenovo Vantage app by selecting the "Check for updates" button on the homepage of the app. Then, check for updates in the Settings app by selecting the Windows Updates tab and selecting "Check for updates" button.
