Everything looked brand new until I turned it on. On setup, I couldn't get past the sign on to network screen. No drivers were installed and the ones I tried to load wouldnt work. So, I took it to the Geek Squad. After 2 days, they finally got me going. Also, the Lenovo warranty period is way shorter than I was supposed to get for a certified open box. Other than those issues, everything works as is. Battery life is sold and it's pretty fast.

I would’ve given it 5 stars but the camera isn’t great. Also, I with there were more USB ports and an Ethernet port. I had to buy an extender. But it works well.

Every once in a while it does get a little glitchy for a few second at a time, but it isn't enough to worry about.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Firstly, we recommend running and installing all available drivers updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings, these updates are crucial to the device’s health and will affect power regulation leading to reduced temperatures and may address audio driver issues. To check for updates within Lenovo Vantage begin by launching the application, then select the “Check for updates” button on the top of the right-hand of the display. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page.
Secondly, the Yoga 7 allows you to change the computer’s thermal mode. This will allow your device to cycle between higher performance, quiet, or automatically adjust based on your needs. To start, launch the Lenovo Vantage app, select the "Device Settings" tab from the left-hand side of the display, scroll down to "Power modes" and select the best mode based on your needs. We suggest using Quiet mode which will lower the temperature of your Yoga 7 when under load. You can also toggle thermal modes simply with the Fn+Q hotkey.
The Yoga 7 also includes a software developed by Dolby to help you tune your speakers to the content you most use. To start launch the Dolby Access app, then simply select your preferred audio profile or tune it to your own liking from the options available from the left-hand side of the display.
