I am not real fond of this laptop, I came from using a HP which I loved to this and not sure if it is the new programs or what, but I wish I would have stuck with the HP brand it was much more user friendly.

To start with battery life, there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
For anything else you may need, we recommend contacting Lenovo Support at this number: 877-453-6686, to work with the Customer Care team for swift action as we look to resolve this matter for you and make things right.

Best Buy stole $600 of my money

I didn’t see anything then I got a email with a picture of a house that was not mine. I walked down my street. I saw nothing. I called the Customer Service. They were going to take care of it. I notified FedEx right away, I called back to Best Buy quite a few times then I got a notification three days later saying that I needed to contact the police. There was nothing they could do. I contacted the police and they said they had more important things to do then track down a missing package. Best Buy stole my money. FedEx said I had to deal with the shipper, which was Best Buy.
