The techs were polite and knowledgeable. I did not have appt but was accommodated well. I had, Great guy Surrah. Prob spelled name incorrect. He was patient with me and helped me select computer for my needs. Great experience. Was able to start working on computer right after purchase and made transfer of data to new computer. Great Job Techs!

I have a child with autism and this computer withstands the abuse he puts it thru. Very rugged love the touch screen option and the flexability of the screen . Highly recommend this computer

Love this laptop

I enjoy the large 16" screen it can be a little heavy when using the folding 360 feature and having it in your lap so I prefer not to fold the laptop.
