I'm used to HP products and this proved to be a challenge to me. I do have to admit I'm not computer savvy. with the help of very patient Geek Squad personnel I have managed to get it setup. Thanks.

Upgraded to Windows 11 Pro making the experience better. The only issue is the audio does not function properly with all videos.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

I downloaded firefox and added it to the desk top and it used over thirty percent of the memory. I had to delete the browser and figure out something different. The other features don't push this over the top but I would consider buying this again.
