The features are amazing especially the touch screen availability as well. Battery last a long time, with loud and clear sound. Always alerts for update which is great reminder.

It’s was a great purchase especially for the discounted price I got at ~$600. The screen looks amazing and the 2 in 1 design comes in handy for productivity. Only downside I would say is the battery life is average at best. Can get around 7-10 hours with regular use. 3-6 hours if I use it for any minimal/ moderate gaming. On the lower end of battery compared to other laptops at this price point

Happy with my new laptop

No issues at all. The screen is nice the keyboard is nice and the touch mouse is nice. I like that I can tap on the screen too because I’m so used to that with my cell phone. No buyers remorse at all. I would recommend this to a friend.

Its ability to multitask several things is exactly what I need for marketing! The high definition resolution is perfect for streaming service and some game functions. My previous hard drive was fried and I couldn’t access data for transfer. Geek Squad folks were able to accomplish the transfer. Their help was fantastic.

I use it mostly in my recliner on my lap. Light weight and low power make using it this way much better than my older system. It boots quickly and has a comfortable keyboard. The display is very easy to read, although I do turn it up to a higher brightness level than the default. I really don't know about battery life in that I usually use it while plugged in. The supplied cord is long and light weight and it charges through the USB C port.

Awesome laptop great deal

Also purchasing the total membership for the protection and coverage is a great deal. You get it for way cheaper than you were just having insurance on the computer. I love Best Buy and everything I purchased from there and this computer is no different.
