didn't know there was no disc for watching a film

I'm learning the tricks such not putting pressure on the keys, and finding ways to copy and paste when there is no icon for it....I would have liked more instruction from the store before I brought it home.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

It had a defective hinge that was manufactured wrong causing it to look slanted and affected the way the laptop would open and shut. Returned to the store and even exchanged for a new Dell instead.
