The graphics card went bad and I had to return it. Best Buy was great and exchanged the PC, unfortunately they didn't have any of my pc so I had to select another brand.

bought this computer for my business - email, excel, etc. Had the techies upgrade to Pro and it gets the job done. No need to spend over a grand on the work horse.

Computer is very good except that it shuts down occasionally without apparent reason, and this cannot be fixed by Geek Squad.

I thought this was a big improvement over the flex. But I had screen issues so I had to exchange it for another model. When working well it performed as expected. I would buy this model again if buying a Yoga.

This laptop has incredible battery life, keyboard and display. The clarity is amazing and the touch screen is accurate.

Have only had the computer about two weeks. So far, very satisfied. Geek Squad and customer support from Best Buy excellent. Impressed enough with service that we will be returning tomorrow to buy a new printer.

I generally liked this computer but since I bought it as an open box, it did have some problems even though it was geek squad certified. The wifi kept cutting out (geek squad said this was something particular to this specific computer) and the track pad seemed to be "bent" to the left. Until the wifi is fixed (I'm told this can be done by a driver update), I can't recommend this and I did return it.

I bought this laptop for my daughter for Christmas and was willing to spend a lot of money for it because the Lenovo brand was supposed to be so good. Well, the computer is not working right. She is away at college and tells me that the cursor seems to have a mind of its own and the laptop goes haywire on a regular basis for no apparent reason . She tried returning it to the Best Buy near her and they told her she has to deal with Lenovo. At this point, she is dealing with the problem by shutting off her laptop every time it starts behaving badly. Really bad situation really bad laptop.

When I bought this it was worth the price. PCs haven't made a huge jump since, so I have had no need to buy another laptop.

Love the level of graphics and the fact that it's a touch screen and a laptop! Makes navigating much easier.

Computer turns on quickly. The screen is overly touchy. It does not switch from tablet to laptop mode quickly. I am disappointed in this feature. I would probably look into other options in the future.

Had to apply firmware update to get rid of ghost touch issues. Screen brightness changes on it's own...annoying; still looking for a driver update. Other than that, it is a nice compact laptop.

I enjoy the flexibility that this computer offers! It is particularly useful for my job that requires the use of both a tablet and a laptop.

Great size and battery life. Has an i5 processor and enough ram for daily use. Perfect for students due to battery life, size, and performance.

I bought this as an open box item for my daughter for christmas. It meets all her requirements for college next school year, her wants, and met her required demands in a new computer.
