I have no complaints except twice my mouse got possessed and took off like being controlled by a psychotic individual with motor control problems. This forced me to shut the laptop down by holding the power key and then restarting it. I couldn't use either the built in mouse or an external mouse to shut it off. Bought the warrantee so if continues I'll have them look at it. Other than that it's the fastest device I've owned and very sturdy construction.

I bought & returned 3 before finally giving up, but others may not and may be OK. The first unit had a screen tracking issue and was not OK. The 2nd & 3rd units had an error code come up that indicated a math processing error on the video card. It will not be a problem for most but I did not want to risk the concern. Otherwise the final two functioned well and the units overall have nice features

Waiting to see results of Geek Squad

It seems posessed at times and opens files and moves stuff on its on. Then freezes. I am disappointed. Just sent off to see what can be done. I loved the computer otherwise.
